Q: What is your Return Policy?

Online purchases made through jectz.com may be returned within 7 days of the shipping receiving date. Refunds will be made in the form of a store credit towards your replacement order available for online purchases upon receiving your returned product.

A: You may Request to return your new/unused, or used product(s): Returns must be approved through our Returns Support Department. Based upon approval, you will receive an RA Number and instructions for returning your item(s) to the email address that you have provided.

 

Q: How do I Request a Return?

A: To Request a Return Authorization Number, first you must SIGN IN to your account.

If you checked out as guest at time you placed your order, you will not be able to request a return, please contact us and we will create an account for you to attach your order to request a return.

Request Return Steps:

Step 1: Sign in to your account. Step 2: Click on Order Number, Step 3: Click on Request Return on right hand side above order,  Step 4: Fill out necessary requirements to request a Return, Step 5: Click Submit Return Request.

JECTZ® reserves the right to approve or deny any requested returns.

Your Return Request will  be Reviewed and you will receive an Email Approved or Denied to Return your Item(s).

Once approved you will be sent an email with your approved Return Authorization Number and details on how to Return your item(s). All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number you received written clearly on the original Invoice.

All replacements must include all parts and pieces of the original item accompanied with the Replacement Authorization Number clearly written on the original Invoice.

Per JECTZ® Return Policy, Once we have received your returned product, you will receive a full refund in the form of a store credit, not including shipping charges.

You will be contacted via email when your store credit is available to use for your replacement product/order. When you use your store credit for a replacement order, your replacement product/order will be shipped within the shipping time frame chosen on your replacement order.

Returns must be prepaid and insured by "You" the customer and shipped via the carrier of your choice, we suggest adding a tracking number, We cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive. We reserve the right to refuse any returns.
