Q: What is your Return Policy?

- All claims must be made within 7 days upon receiving the goods.
- Goods must be received within 7 days after the RA# was issued.
- We cannot accept return goods that is worn, bears markings, or altered.
- All returns will be subject to a 30% restocking fee, excluding JECTZ® warranty
- Final refund will be issued in store credit.

Q: How do I Request a Return?

A: Request Return Authorization Number. First you must SIGN IN to your account.

Follow Steps:

Step 1: Sign in to your account.

Step 2: Click on Order Number.

Step 3: Click on Request Return on right hand side above order. 

Step 4: Fill out necessary requirements to request a Return.

Step 5: Click Submit Return Request.


Your Return Request will  be Reviewed and you will receive an Email Approved or Denied to Return your Item(s).

Once approved you will be sent an email with your approved Return Authorization Number and details on how to Return your item(s). All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number you received written clearly on the original Invoice.

All replacements must include all parts and pieces of the original item accompanied with the Replacement Authorization Number clearly written on the original Invoice.

Once we have received your returned product, you will receive a final refund in the form of a store credit, minus shipping charges and 30% Restocking Fee. Sale items are final and non-returnable. We do not cover chains that break as they get snagged, pulled on, etc. Altering, or trying to fix JECTZ® Bullet Jewelry in any way voids Lifetime Warranty and cannot be returned! Normal wear and tear is not covered under the Lifetime Warranty.

You will be contacted via email when your store credit is available to use for your replacement product/order. When you use your store credit for a replacement order, your replacement product/order will be shipped within the shipping time frame chosen on your replacement order.

Returns must be prepaid and insured by "You" the customer and shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS), we suggest adding a tracking number without signature. We cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive. We reserve the right to refuse any returns.
