Q: When will my order ship?
A: JECTZ® Bullet Jewelry ships to the lower 48 States & Territories including Alaska and Hawaii. We Do Ship International. JECTZ® goal is to process all orders within 1 business day and ships out the following day of placing your order. Many of our items are made-to-order (handcrafted) and may require additional processing time. Orders are processed and shipped from Las Vegas, NV during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 6:00AM – 6:00PM PST, excluding holidays). At our discretion on non business hours on Saturday's and Sunday's.
Q: When will I know when my order ships?
A: You will be notified via email when your order has shipped and you will be provided with a tracking number to track the status of your shipment or you may check the status of your order by signing into your account.
As a courtesy to you, JECTZ® will automatically create an account for you after you have placed your order, then you may check your status of your order or create a return if needed. We will contact you if we encounter any problems processing or shipping of your order. Allow longer transit times for the product to arrive at U.S. Military post office boxes.
Q: What kinds of shipping options do you offer?
A: JECTZ® offers three different shipping options.

- 2-5 Business Days Standard
- 1-3 Business Days Rush
All orders ship out the following day after the order has been placed.
Please keep in mind that all orders are made-to-order and requires at least one production day to be processed. Shipping times is the total number of days in transit, take in consideration all holidays, bad weather, etc. Business Days are described as Monday's, Tuesday's, Wednesday's, Thursday's, and Friday's. Saturday and Sunday are Non-Business Days. However we may ship on Saturday and Sunday at our Discretion.

Q: What is JECTZ® Return Policy?
We want you to love your purchase, however if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept your merchandise return within 15 days of purchase and will be based upon approval. We reserve the right to refuse any returns.
All credits for returns, or additional charges for exchanges, will be applied directly to your JECTZ® account in the form of a store credit.
All returns may be subject to a 25% Restocking Fee for our time and original hard work on making your custom jewelry specifically made just for you, NO EXCEPTIONS!
Items being returned must be in their original condition and shipping charges to be payed by customer. Shipping fees payed on original invoice payment are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or returns for Deal of the Day and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There will be no refunds or returns on special or custom sizing on rings not specified or what we don't offer on the sizing option located on our website of ring sizing option.
Q: How do I Request a Return?
A: Request Return Authorization Number. First you must SIGN IN to your account.
Step 1: Sign in to your account.
Step 2: Click on Order Number.
Step 3: Click on Request Return on right hand side above order.
Step 4: Fill out necessary requirements to request a Return.
Step 5: Click Submit Return Request.
You will receive an email on the status of your return request with a Return Authorization Number and an address on where to send your merchandise. Please allow up to 24-72 hours for processing your return request. Some returns may take up to 7 days to process.
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number you received written clearly on the original Invoice.
All request for replacements must include all parts and pieces of the original item, no exceptions! We will repair/replace defective products at no charge for the lifetime of the product. Warranty does not cover damage, loss or theft.
Please note: Altering, exposing to water or trying to fix JECTZ® Bullet Jewelry in any way voids Lifetime Warranty and cannot be returned!
All earrings are non returnable.
Once we have received your returned merchandise, you will receive a final refund in the form of a store credit, minus shipping charge. Sale items are final and non-returnable.
You will be contacted via email when your store credit is available to use for your replacement product/order. When you use your store credit for a replacement order, your replacement product/order will be shipped within the shipping time frame chosen on your replacement order.
Returns must be prepaid and insured by "You" the customer and shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS), we suggest adding a tracking number without signature. We cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive. We reserve the right to refuse any returns.
